Empowered Pt. 1

“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth…”

Jesus spoke these words to His disciples when they were about to face uncertainty. He knew they would need comfort, guidance, and strength, so He promised the Holy Spirit. Jesus did not leave His followers to figure life out on their own. He gave them an Advocate; One who would help, guide, comfort, and remain with them forever.
That same promise is true for us today. The Holy Spirit is not distant or occasional. He is present. He leads us into truth when we feel confused, gives peace when we feel anxious, and strengthens us when we feel weak. We may not always know what to do next, but we are never left without help.
As believers, we do not walk through life alone. God’s presence lives in us.



Practical Application

• Begin your day by asking the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts, words, and decisions.
• When you feel uncertain, pause and pray before reacting.
• Spend time in God’s Word so the Holy Spirit can remind you of truth.
• Pay attention to His prompting and obey quickly.

Father in Jesus Name, I thank You for giving me the Holy Spirit. Help me to be aware of Your presence and to trust Your guidance each day. Lead me into truth, strengthen me when I feel weak, and remind me that I am never alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
