Jehovah Rapha: The Healing Name of God

"He said, “If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.” - Exodus 15:26

It is the plan and purpose of God that you be healed. God wants you well, He wants you healed, and He wants you whole in every area of your life.

Scripture does not promise that the followers of God will never get sick, but He does promise to be our source of healing in every area of our life. Healing is not something God does; Healing is who he is. His name is Jehovah Rapha. He is the Lord who heals.Do not limit healing to physical ailments. ‌The word Rapha relates to wholeness, meaning God wants you healed and whole. You may need physical, spiritual, emotional, or relational healing.

If you are hurting today, then I encourage you to seek the help of Jehovah-Rapha; he is the LORD who heals.
