John 19:28-29 NLT
“When Jesus had tasted it, he said, ‘It is finished!’ Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.”
Jesus spoke three simple words: "It is finished," which echoed through eternity with profound power. These were not words of defeat; they were words of victory. In that moment, Jesus declared the completion of His mission: to redeem, restore, and reconcile us to the Father.
Notice He didn’t say, "I am finished." He said, "It is finished." The work, the burden, the debt, paid in full.
So why do we still walk around as if we’re defeated? Too often, we allow our past mistakes, present struggles, or future uncertainties to define our sense of victory.
We fight battles that have already been won. We wear shame that has already been lifted. But the cross reminds us that victory isn't something we work for; it's something we live from. Today, fight your battles from a place of victory.

Practical Application
Receive what is yours.
Begin your day with this declaration: Because of Jesus, I live from victory, not for it. Speak it over your life, your family, and your mind. Victory is your inheritance.
Lay down the weight.
Are you carrying guilt, fear, or anxiety? Surrender it in prayer. Name the things you’ve been holding and place them at the foot of the cross, where Jesus already finished the work.
Walk by Faith
Walking in victory means living with joy, peace, and assurance. Let your life reflect the power of His finished work.
